This Manual Cable-Outgoing Pole-Mounted SF6 Load break Switch is a high-performance outdoor switching device engineered for medium-voltage power distribution systems, optimized for pole-mounted installation and manual cable-outgoing application scenarios. Technical Advantages

  • High-Purity SF6 & Ultra-Fast Arc Extinction:Filled with SF6 gas of purity above 99.9%, the switch achieves an arc extinction time of ≤10ms (1/2 cycle) with excellent insulation recovery performance. Minimal contact wear at the breaking part eliminates the need for inspection, maintenance or replacement, greatly reducing lifecycle costs and on-site operation difficulty.
  • Dual Spring Energy-Storage Operating Mechanisms:Equipped with two types of spring energy-storage mechanisms: the pre-energy storage mechanism completes opening/closing in ≤0.06s, and the direct energy storage mechanism in ≤0.6s. Both mechanisms feature stable action and perfect compatibility with backup protection devices, ensuring fast and coordinated fault handling in power distribution systems.
  • Zero Pressure Reliable Operation:The switch maintains its rated insulation level and breaking capacity even at zero gauge pressure (0 kg・f/㎠ = 0.0 MPa), avoiding operational failure caused by accidental gas pressure loss and providing an extra layer of safety for outdoor long-term operation.
  • Flexible Structural & Outgoing Line Design:The inlet and outlet bushings support porcelain and organic material options, with cable-type or terminal-type outgoing line modes available for free selection. This flexible design adapts to different installation and wiring requirements of overseas power distribution projects, improving on-site adaptability.
  • High-Pressure Explosion-Proof Pressure Relief Protection:Integrated with a high-pressure explosion-proof pressure relief device to prevent cabinet rupture caused by abrupt internal gas pressure rise due to abnormalities. The explosion-proof safety diaphragm withstands a pressure of 4-6 kg・f/㎠ (0.4-0.6 MPa), effectively protecting on-site personnel and surrounding equipment.
  • Dual Locking & Low-Pressure Alarm:Equipped with a low air pressure locking alarm device and a manual locking device. The low-pressure alarm promptly reminds of gas leakage, and the mechanical locking function prevents unsafe operation, while manual locking meets the safety requirements of on-site maintenance.
  • Built-In Precision Transducers for Parameter Collection:Integrated with 3 current transformers (CT), 1 set of zero-sequence current transformers (ZCT), and 6 voltage transformers (VT) to accurately collect real-time operation parameters of the distribution network, laying a foundation for intelligent monitoring and fault analysis:

CT: 600/1000:1 ratio (SP ratio optional);

ZCT: 600/1000:1 ratio, IA, 0.5 accuracy class (ratio optional);

VT: 3 on power supply side (A/B/C) & 3 on load side (S/T), phase voltage ratio 0.4-37V (optional), stable 1.0% accuracy.

  • Comprehensive Transducer Protection Systems:Configured with dedicated CT/ZCT protection devices to prevent overcurrent and open circuit of current and zero-sequence current sensors, and independent voltage sensor protection devices to avoid overvoltage damage to phase and zero-sequence voltage sensors, effectively extending the service life of internal components.
  • Flexible & Safe Operation Modes:Supporting basic manual operation, the switch is optional with remote control opening/closing function (customizable), realizing flexible switching between local and remote operation. All operation modes are designed for simplicity, speed and safety, adapting to different on-site operation management needs of overseas projects.
