Functional Differentiation
Conventional Type
- Adopts a cylinder sealing structure for superior leakproof and corrosion resistance
- Equipped with ANSI-standard grounding devices, hooks, and supporting lugs for easy installation and handling
- Configurable with 1 or 2 high voltage bushings on the cover; low voltage bushings mounted on the tank wall
- Eyebolt connecting terminals for secure wiring; high voltage taps for power adjustment (to be operated under power-off conditions)
Complete Self-Protected (CSP) Type
- Integrates all structural advantages of the Conventional Type (cylinder tank, ANSI-standard hooks/lifting lugs/grounding devices, nameplates, core & winding)
- Built-in fuse within 1 or 2 high voltage bushings for primary circuit protection
- 1 or 2 arresters mounted on the tank wall (top end adjacent to high voltage bushings, connected via copper strip) for lightning strike protection
- Internal secondary breaker switch with external operating handle, overload reset button, and signal light for real-time status monitoring and easy operation
- Low voltage bushings on tank wall; grounding device fixed at standard X2 position for standardized wiring
Core Material Options: Two high-performance core types for customized efficiency—C.R.G.O core (silicon steel core, ideal for standard efficiency requirements) and amorphous metal core (ultra-low loss, perfect for energy-saving projects).
