The 12kV Fast Electric Load Switch is a high-performance, intelligent switching device engineered for 12kV medium-voltage power distribution systems. It integrates advanced SF6 arc-extinguishing technology, fast-operating mechanisms, and built-in sensing components, featuring low power loss, excellent heat dissipation, and strong overload capacity.   • High-Purity SF6 Insulation & Fast Arc Extinction: Adopts SF6 gas with purity above 99.9% as insulation and arc-extinguishing medium; arc extinction time ≤10ms (1/2 cycle) with excellent insulation recovery performance. Minimal contact wear at the breaking part eliminates the need for inspection, maintenance or replacement, reducing lifecycle costs.
  • Dual Spring Energy Storage Operating Mechanisms: Pre-energy storage mechanism completes opening or closing in ≤0.06 seconds; direct energy storage mechanism completes opening or closing in ≤0.6 seconds. It cooperates perfectly with backup protection devices, ensuring fast and safe fault handling.
  • Zero Pressure Reliability: Maintains rated insulation level and breaking capacity even at zero gauge pressure (0 kg・f/㎠ = 0.0 MPa), ensuring operational safety in extreme gas pressure conditions.
  • High-Pressure Explosion-Proof Relief Device: Prevents switch cabinet rupture caused by sudden internal gas pressure rise due to abnormalities. The explosion-proof safety diaphragm withstands pressure of 4-6 kg・f/㎠ (0.4-0.6 MPa), protecting personnel and surrounding equipment.
  • Dual Locking & Alarm Protection: Equipped with low air pressure locking and alarm device, as well as manual locking device, preventing unsafe operation and ensuring equipment and personnel safety.
  • Built-In Sensing Components: Integrates 3 current transformers (CT), 1 set of zero-sequence current transformers (ZCT), and 6 voltage transformers (VT) to accurately collect power distribution network operation parameters, supporting intelligent monitoring and protection.
  • Precise Transformer Performance: 3 Current Transformers: Transformation ratio 600/1000:1 (SP ratio optional); 1 set of Zero-Sequence Current Transformers: Transformation ratio 600/1000:1, IA, accuracy class 0.5 (ratio optional).6 Voltage Transformers: 3 on power supply side (A, B, C) and 3 on load side (S, T); phase voltage transformation ratio 0.4-37V (ratio optional), with stable accuracy of 1.0%.
  • Comprehensive Sensor Protection: Configured with CT/ZCT protection device to prevent overcurrent and open circuit of current and zero-sequence current sensors; equipped with voltage sensor protection device to prevent overvoltage of phase voltage and zero-sequence voltage sensors.
  • Low Loss & Efficient Heat Dissipation: Optimized structural design ensures low power loss and excellent heat dissipation, enhancing overload capacity and extending service life in long-term operation.
