Rock will is one of the leading manufacturers of 11kV to 33kV oil cooled/immersed; pole-mounted combined CTPT/CTVT Unit for outdoor installation used in metering purpose. Our product is being manufactured using industry best practices/processes and is 100% tested before final dispatch as per NABL guidelines in our state of the art fully equipped lab under the supervision of experienced and well-qualified engineers. Our product is fully type tested as per the latest standards from government/NABL approved laboratories like ERDA/CPRI.

Units are available in 3 Phase 3 Wire or 3 phase 4 wire system used for single or double metering or as per customer’s requirements.

Features:

• Outer chamber or tank: Made of Mild Steel having inner and outer coats of branded primer and enamel paint or hot-dipped galvanized as per customer’s requirement.
• Insulators: Procured from reputed manufacturers like GE, Tayal, etc, confirm to latest IS standards and specifications having sufficient creepage distance.
• Primary and Secondary Winding: Coated Super Enamelled round copper wire from reputed manufacturers like BIC, Atlas, etc confirming to latest IS Standards is used. Insulation using high-quality craft paper is done with alternate layers.
• Core: Nano type, CRGO, HPDR, MOH, M-4, M-3, or ZDKH toroidal core is used for CT depending on customer’s requirement. The high-Quality core is used in PT.
• Transformer Oil: The oil is filtered with 5 stage filtration process like heating degassing, vacuumed and dried, etc and filled under vacuum. Transformer oil is confirming to IS 335 and procured from reputed suppliers like APAR, Savita.
• Testing: Each unit undergoes all routine tests in our state of the art lab, by our well experienced and well-qualified engineers before dispatch.
