Scope of Application

• High-voltage transmission line metering for rural irrigation/drainage stations, township enterprises, processing plants, small-to-medium factories, mining operations, transportation hubs, public institutions, forestry facilities, and temporary power stations at construction sites.
• Power generation metering for small hydroelectric stations, as well as bidirectional energy metering when these stations are connected to the national grid.

Service Environment Conditions 

• Combined Transformer Unit: Consists of two voltage transformers and two current transformers, pre-assembled into a single compact module for simplified installation and maintenance.
• Metering Enclosure: Equipped with D86 series three-phase electricity meters and protective fuses. For unidirectional metering, it includes one active energy meter and one reactive energy meter; for bidirectional metering, it includes two active energy meters and two reactive energy meters.

Installation & Operation Guidelines

• When metering the high-voltage side of a power transformer, the metering box can be installed on the same platform as the transformer or mounted on a utility pole.
• If incorrect phase sequence is detected during operation (active meter runs forward, reactive meter runs backward), swap any two high-voltage side connections to restore correct phase sequence and ensure accurate metering.
• For two-phase-one-ground power lines, connect the ground phase to terminal B of the metering box, with the remaining two phases connected in correct sequence to avoid additional metering errors.
• Use the lifting lugs on the tank for all lifting and transportation operations to ensure structural integrity.
