Outdoor SF6 Ring Main Unit

RMR is the ring main unit for the asecondary distribution network. RMR can provide 10 different configurations, suitable for most switching applications in 12/24 kV distribution networks. It is scalable and combined with ABB's flexible modular and compact switchgear SafePlus concept, it is a complete solution for 12/24 kV secondary distribution networks. RMR and SafePlus have the same user interface. RMR is a completely sealed system with a stainless steel tank containing all live parts and switching functions. Sealed steel tanks with constant atmospheric conditions ensure a high degree of reliability as well as personnel safety and almost maintenance-free systems. The RMR concept provides a choice of switch fuse combinations or circuit breakers with relays to protect the transformer. RMR can provide an integrated remote control and monitoring unit. This product complies with the standards of IEC60420, GB/T11022, GB3804, GB3906
